Please note that a return can be on the move some days by mail and also our processing needs a certain treatment time.

Please put the dispatch note into your return that we can assign your return to your order.

Germany

Returns are possible within the legal right to withrdraw. As soon as your items are back and checked we will refund your payment. Kindly note that we don't accept returns where the postage is not payed.

You have to return the goods promptly and not later than fourteen days after you have canceled your contract.
